The victim is a 14-year old.”At this point we don’t believe it was random, but it was a fourteen year child which is a tragic situation,” said Spokesperson Andrea Davis. We are trying to determine exactly what happened.”Neighbors described hearing gunshots late Sunday afternoon.The victim, Edward Harris, is in middle school. Family friends said he never caused any problems in the neighborhood.”I never knew him to be in any kind of trouble i knew him through my nephew,” said Linda Robinson.Harris was pronounced dead at Tampa General Hospital. No arrests have been made in this case.
