A Polk County sheriff’s lieutenant is accused of exposing himself at work and trying to convince a female employee not to incriminate him. Dexter Jerome Hill, 44, of Lakeland is charged with indecent exposure and tampering in a misdemeanor proceeding. Jerome, who has resigned, worked as a supervisor in the South County Jail.  Hill is accused of exposing himself at work in front of a female employee at the jail, according to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
